The Fiat and Alfa Romeo Specialists are exactly that. We are an independent specialist garage that specialises in the service, repair and diagnostics of Fiats and Alfa Romeo vehicles. The garage was set up in March 2008 by founder Eddie Payne.
In July 2021 the business passed into the hands of Paul and Emma Bishop. Emma, rarely seen, is the bookkeeper as well as looking after their 2 young children. Paul, with a passion for Fiat, Abarth and Alfa Romeo cars will welcome you to the workshop and make sure we do our most to maintain and mend your motor cars. Working in the car trade for many years and with a background in older car restoration he makes a valued addition to the business. With customer service at the core of his business ethics.
Due to the quantity of work and to keep a high level of customer standards, which is a high priority to us, it was necessary to employ highly qualified Fiat and Alfa Romeo technicians. Adam Read (a talented technician especially with the V6 Busso engine) who worked alongside the founder has over 17 years of Fiat and Alfa Romeo experience and Gow Skinner newly joined has over 30 years of multi-brand mechanic experience. A lot of this was gained on car marques that are under the newly formed Stellantis group.
With that in mind, the garage is now serviced by two highly experienced Fiat and Alfa Romeo technicians. Tallying up over 50 years of experience between them, all from franchise dealer and commercial workshop backgrounds.
